The apartment was very nice - clean, spacious, comfortable. We were there in February so we didn’t use the outdoor pool, but it looked really nice and well maintained. The kitchen had a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There were plenty of plates, bowls, and flatware. Knives were decent, better than I often find in short term rentals. Plenty of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning spray, and laundry pods were available. Valet trash service on Thursdays and Sundays was nice.
The provided directions provided for parking and getting into the building were terrible. I used the step-by-step directions and found them confusing, outdated, and not consistent. One photo showed a door with a call box that didn’t exist.
The facility is advertised as having an elevator. I was quite disappointed to find the check in instructions told me to go down one floor via stairs. I was using a large stroller. I found a long way around to the lower level of the parking garage and walked out that way, but it took some time for me to find that option. There was also a step to get into the building. If you need a wheelchair accessible building, this is not it.
When I had trouble figuring out how to get in, I used the “24/7 virtual front desk” but I got no response. I will say I got a quick response when I reported some damage to a door that was there when we checked in. Maintenance staff was sent within the hour.
