None of the ice machines worked for one, we stayed several nights and had just gotten out of the shower when a RANDOM STRANGER used a KEY TO OPEN OUR ROOM DOOR . THE FRONT OFFICE DID NOT CALL AND APOLOGIZE. OR ANYTHING BUT DID CALL THE LAST DAY SEVERAL TIMES TO ADVISE US CHECKOUT TIME HAD PASSED.

I tried to cancel a reservation due to an unexpected event. When I called the property direct no one answered the phone. When I went to the National number they told me I had to go through Expedia to cancel. No luck there either. Just wanted to inform the hotel so my room could be released to another party if needed. If customer service is like this all the time I would really look elsewhere before signing on. Especially if accommodations to cancel will be this difficult.
