Smelly , I asked them to make the beds and they didn’t I e to to the front desk to make the check out and they said. Just leave the key and you will receive an email and I didn’t receive anything

I checked into this Wingate facility, and the clerks/manager acknowledged my reservation. I gave him my name, and stated that I had a room booked for 2 (two) nights, he took my ID and confirmed my reservation, and issued me two room keys. The next morning we departed Wingate, to attend our Dallas Medical appointment. At 11:20 in the morining the Wingate manager called me and said I was to vacate the room as I had only booked it for one night. This was not what I had understood from Travelosity. I had to check out of the Wingate. I am throughly disgusted with both Wingate, and Travelosity. I will never do buisness with either of them again.
