People at the front desk were nice and helpful . They do everything they must do BUT hotel is very dirty - EVERYWHERE. I was afraid to step on floors, take shower, elevators, curtains in our room had huge holes !! Sorry to delivery bad news

The property is not well kept.
The property is not well kept. There were stains on the carpet, light bulbs burnt out, the bathroom fan didn't work, and the 'clean' towels were stained and had clumps of hair in them. There was a strong smell of cleaning products in the room. We also noticed that the American was missing from the pole in the front of the building, and hadn't been replaced. Would not recommend staying there.

The 2nd cockroach we found in our room on our 2 night stay. We'll see how they make this right. I've never had to complain so much

Will not stay here again
Loud guests partying out front below my room. No towels when I got to my room and had to wait an hour for them to be delivered. Room condition wasn’t good with stains, broken curtains and a door that wouldn’t close right. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were small.

It was old with worn out carpeting and bedspreads. It was clean and basically we got what we paid for as the rate was low. It was in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. And it did have a microwave and Fridge.

Carpets stained throughout the place. Shower dripped all day and night. Sheets not changed on sofa bed. Old ones were rolled up when couch pulled out. No hand towels or washcloths in bathroom. Had to ask for them. Very little vacuuming done anywhere. For $150 per night, expected much more. $60 would be too much for the condition of this property. Front desk person wore same cloths 3 days in a row.

Nice room for the price.
Staff were very polite and friendly. We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel parking lot was full but we didn’t hear anything in our room. For an older hotel it has been kept up well. Great breakfast, appreciate the later checkout time. Also, for being pet friendly I didn’t smell any pet odor. No complaints.

The hot free breakfast was good. The front desk people were very cordial. But common areas like the elevator and the woodwork and the fixtures were not really clean. The bedding was comfortable but not good quality. The air conditioning didn't work quite right. it's surprising that this would qualify as a Radisson Hotel
