The entry door at the back of the building that was just down the hall from our room and was to only be entered by using your key was unlocked and could not be locked. Our room was clean but there was no place to put our luggage but on the bed or the floor.

Okay place to stay...
We got in very late (midnight). When we got to the room, the a/c was turned off (after 90° days), but thankfully it still worked. The next day, we also found the refrigerator to be turned off, but it also worked when turned back on. Room key stopped working the very next time we used it. No hook in the bathroom anywhere to hang any clothes or towels. And the sink drained very, very slowly.

It was quiet, beds were soft. They are really cutting corners. There is always a little scratch pad and ink pen, ours was only 1 sheet of paper and no pen LOL would stay here again.

Afternoon and evening staff were unhelpful. Asked for an extra chair. She said they did not have any. Could have me borrow one from the breakfast room and get it returned by 6 am. Asked to have a pen. Gave me one but said i had return it soon. No towel racks in the bathroom. 2nd morning staff did not replenish the cups and took away those we used in the bathroom. Cleaning staff did replace the wet towels.

Comfortable room. The breakfast was very limited. Front desk staff was unfriendly. Maybe she was just having a rough morning, but if you work hospitality you need to be polite and put a smile on your face. Not helpful at all.

The staff were very friendly. We found uneaten cat food under the sofa sleeper. I noticed the staff were taking care of multiple jobs unrelated to their position. Making sure all positions are adequately staffed would resolve items being missed under furniture. Otherwise the experience was good and we'd stay again.
