Violation of Privacy
Cleaning lady WILL enter your room whether you have a privacy tag on your door or not. Shower handle didn’t work in one room. Mold was very apparent in the other room around the wall of the shower. Just an overall terrible experience!

The grounds, lobby, restaurant, anmmenities, and staff were great. The room was not. It was clean, but the toilet seat was broken, the AC was loud, and blew either too cold or too hot and the bathroom fan sounded like a freight train, (could not be turned off). Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn Express.
