They show something on the website which they cannot honour. Misleading information provided and then they will just tell you they can’t do anything except for saying sorry for the inconvenience. They literally don’t care about what you actually go through due to the incorrect information mentioned

Moved to another hotel without prior info
In fact booked at Novotel but they moved balmy booking to Pullman with no information sent to me. Luckily it was the next door hotel and checked in pretty quick. Pullman hotel was really a fantastic hotel and well maintained as well.
