This place is a dump. Unpainted walls, ceramic tiles in the bathroom that are not mortared in place and can cut your feet, poorly-installed plumbing fixtures, etc. Wi-fi was down for the last two days of my stay, and the staff was indignant when I asked if they could get it fixed.

This place was absolutely filthy. There was mold growing in the bathroom. No hand soap. Our window was wide open upon arrival and in the middle of the night. I heard noise outside my window and the next morning. There were footsteps in the snow leading right up to my window the manager could have cared less was probably him anyway, f****** perverts.

Fitness room unusable. Dirty floors , no weights, broken equipment. Pool area paint flaking and hot tub was barely warm. Did not use. Entire hotel smelled like a hookah bar. No chair at desk in room. Some outlets did not work. I would never recommend this hotel

The mattress was the absolute worst i have ever slept on. The mattress is the only reason I'll never stay at this hotel again. It was the worst nights sleep ive ever had.
