Great staff but the room was not so great
Staff was very nice. The room was old and outdated and the carpet was crunchy under our feet- had to wear shoes inside the entire time. The toilet leaked and the outlets and switches were gross to touch. The staff however was very nice!

What a GREAT place!!
I've been on the road for several days between the weather the accidents, traffic, jams, cold, icy, rain snow, I have to say this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in since I got on the road. Front desk woman was very polite very lovely, the rooms were incredibly clean and I never saw one bug imagine that. The breakfast was dynamic. You guys really outdid yourselves I must say I am sorry that I wasn't feeling that great that I didn't get too much breakfast because I would've loved it. Everything was perfect. I don't have anything negative to say about your establishment whatsoever. I really really wish that I could've enjoyed a longer sleep but of course I had to be on the road anyway thank you for such a great day.

We keep getting different .info on earning points. The hotel is starting to see its age.we have to request housecleaning and ask for towels. The breakfast is ok but it was much better when we were there two years ago. We missed the whole French toast and the banana bread. We did like the two places to get coffee and the hot .qchocolate
