Nasty hotel
From the moment we walked in the staff was rude and on their personal phone and ignoring guests. We were supposed to have an upgraded suite which was anything but. The couch and carpet were nasty. The beds and bathroom has pubic heair everywhere. The satelite tv went out every 10 minutes and took 45 to reboot each time. The pool was pretty warm but the hottub was literally a ice tub. Horrible and gross hotel.

This was the worst experience ever that we have had staying at a Comfort Inn. Upon arriving there were several Police Officers present, unfortunately they found a deceased person in a room. I was told to hold on by a Officer and the staff. After already starting the check in process and them having my ID. It was so sad for me to stand there and have to listen to the disheartening step by step story upon finding the body. I had reserved online and already paid or we would have left. I was just retuning from testing at the University near by and was not feeling well and this just made it worse. Upon checking out I was returning the key cards and was told that I was not in the system as checked and was a no show. I again told the clerk I am returning the key cards and we did check in and have slept had breakfast and are ready to leave. At that point he was going to chase someone down the hall that had taken food and was not supposed to be there and told me to just leave. This place really needs to take action with the homeless around the business. Worst experience ever!
