Straightforward hotel at a great price. Everything was fine and it was easy to walk to 16th Street Mall and the Colorado Convention Center.

5-Star! Will definitely be back.
First time visiting and will definitely return. Hotel experience was one of the best. 5 star. From the valet parking making check-in and out easy to the really nice room and comfortable bed! Make sure to check out the restaurant and roof top terrace! Great food and amazing view of downtown!

I think overall it was a decent stay for the price but I did have a few unfortunate issues. I got stuck in the elevator for one. It wasn’t long but it was a bit scary. The elevator jumped and stopped and the alarm went off. I did alert the front desk when I got out and they called someone. The room was cozy but I noticed a lot of scuffs which I didn’t like. Also I took 4 showers and everytime I took a shower at night, there was no hot water! So I had to plan on taking a morning shower if I wanted hot water. The fridge was tiny so keep that in mind. It was like a drawer. I stayed on the 3rd floor and my room window was facing a HVAC unit which I could hear sometimes. The lobby and bar area was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and sweet.

I enjoyed my stay at the property upon arriving the 2 young ladies were super nice during our check in. There was one issue were an accident happened regarding a female issue and we called housekeeping and explained the matter and was honest. Upon check out they charged $75 for blood of the sheets. We could have lied and not said nothing. But I guess being honest gets you no where.
