The AC unit was very loud and turned on randomly during the night even when it was switched off. He’s to change rooms after the first night and the second room wasn’t much better.

This was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have had. Stayed with a big wedding party and were told rooms would be available for the groomsmen to get ready at 11. Arrived to no rooms available and horrible response from management. We were told to just go get ready at the venue! Next , booked this hotel because we were told they had a shuttle…. Confirmed Monday to be told they didn’t book the shuttle for us and gave it to another hotel. We had to scramble and hire our own shuttle. Finally got into the room and found a rolled up towel on the floor, room smelled of smoke, and long black hairs all over the bathroom . IG hotels should be ashamed. Our group rented at least 15 rooms too. Nobody was impressed and I’m sure there will be quite a few bad reviews. If you are having a wedding party go someplace else!

Stayed with a wedding party. Rude and unprofessional staff. Lied to about shuttle which is why we booked, dirty rooms, rooms not ready on time. If you are looking for someplace to stay for you wedding party and guests save yourself grief and do NOT stay here! Waste of money!
