Nice lodging, horrible experience.
The location was clean. The walls and ceiling are paperthin and you can hear everything in adjoining rooms especially overhead. The children running around on the floor kept me up.

Taylor swift concert stay
Easy access from the highway and just a few blocks from ford field and comarica. We met the woman that maintains the property there and she was so nice and helpful. Once the house next door is finally sold and renovated this is be perfection!

The appearance at the front has been redone nicely. Not a nice neighborhood. At the rear of the property where you park, seems a shady area. Unit 1B, infested with ants. Mint House took no responsibility, claiming there were no ants. Very unaccommodating to compensate accordingly. I do not and will not as a travel agent suggest booking to stay at any of the properties represented by this company.
