Ice maker didnt work, ice machine on 4th floor didnt work, Fireplace in 412 didn't work made a call to Vanessa at the font desk she was extremely rude and hung up on me. The fireplace was one of the amenities I requested and her customer service was unacceptable

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk personnel were always friendly, greeted us every time we walked by. Parking is an extra charge which was disappointing to learn. If you dont want to pay the extra fee, you can park across the street or next door in an empty lot. Breakfast was decent both mornings we were there. Kids loved the waffle maker! Only issue was the hot water. It took FOREVER to get the shower water hot and even then it was only warm. Hotel staff said our end of the hotel takes a long time to get hot water and to run all of the taps at the same time to get it hotter faster. Seems like a huge waste of water.
