The reception team is very rude!!!!! Even though we stayed for 6 nights They wanted 300 Dirhams to use the meeting room for 1 hour. I had to use the room. THEY CANCELED MY CARD FOR THE GLUE SPILLED ON THE TABLE AND DEMANDED 200 DIRHAMS BECAUSE THE TABLE WAS DAMAGED. The attitude of the reception staff on this issue was also very bad. I never recommend it.

Very pleasant stay
I had a spacious room with a balcony which was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is not central Dubai so much less crowded and there is easy access to everywhere via the metro (about 15 minutes walk away) - and the airport is not far by Uber or taxi. All the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The food in the buffet restaurant and bar is very good. I really enjoyed my stay and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend the Arabian Park Hotel. It is about 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport, and the same to get to the Dubai Mall. Staff are all very friendly. Our room was cleaned every day along with fresh towels and tea/coffee supplies. Breakfast buffet was busy, but well stocked and replenished regularly, with a very nice selection of hot & cold choice. Cheers pub was nice for an easy dinner. Have stayed twice and would certainly go back.
