Convenient location to the airport and very good shuttle service to the terminal locations. Restaurants operation times were not updated. What was displayed at the service desk and on the doors of the restaurants were incorrect. Lastly, rooms were very warm. They lack any air movement (air conditioning) with the exception of a desktop fan.

Overnight stay to catch an early Morning flight from Dublin. Great service though for dinner the night before. Beware the website says dinner until 10.30pm however it closes at 9.15pm for last food orders

The only negative to the property was the shuttle situation when we landed in Dublin. The shuttle was so small and couldn't take everyone that was waiting. All of the other airport hotels had much larger vehicles. Everything about the hotel was lovely except the shuttle experience.

Impeccable service and amenities. The front desk guy was very kind and helpful. As a family we were impressed. Beds were comfortable. My child liked that there was hot chocolate mix in the room. There’s a restaurant available. The shuttle to and from airport was convenient and has many times available.

Comfortable stay
The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with cozy towels and toiletries. Beds were comfortable with fluffy pillows. Lots of plugs for charging phones, iPads, etc. we had dinner in the restaurant. Fast service of dinner and drinks. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We had a rental car we had to return the next morning and were able to pay at the machine inside as opposed to paying the day rate since wouldn’t be there for a full day. Very convenient. The only problem we found and it wasn’t a big one was the fact our room was on the first floor right over the outdoor dining area. And there were lots of loud diners until late. And it seems we were on the smoking/vape end of the outdoor area. But it is a nice hotel and very close to airport. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
