Room was freezing, staff seemed more interested in their own conversations. I sat in lobby for 3 hours and not once did any staff member approach me and ask if I wanted anything.

Very friendly staff, polite and professional. I received a free upgrade and the new room was comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is about a 20-mins bus ride (line #16) to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
