Rude Front desk , mother manager,no where to go
Poor service Try to have the front desk to fix a water issue , lady at the front desk , super rude ,hang-up on me when I asked to speak to the manager , guess what? The manager was the mom , therefore; I got no where Ended up.leaving early 8 am And canceling my next day stay. Horrible experience 😪 please do NOT stay here as the management dont care about guests or hotel rating , they only care about making sure all family members kept their jobs. They feel like the owners and there is NO ONE to complain as mother and daughter run the whole hotel like if it was theirs , not caring about loosing clientele as at the end it is not their hotel or money. So sad

Old, smells, spider was on the wall, food stains on the wall, the bed headboard was material and in terrible condition, hotel smells like cigarette smoke.
