Rooms are tired and in need of cosmetic repairs. Requested a twin room when booking, they'd put us in a double until I said that wasnt sufficient. They organised to have a double room adjusted to a twin, so we had to wait for that. If you're unlucky enough to stay here when there's a wedding, dont anticipate getting to bed early. Loud music until past 11pm, and noisy party-goers. I ended up complaining twice, and we eventually got moved into different rooms. Staff, especially Jesper (I think that was his name) did his best to help the situation and you could tell that they were getting noise complaints left, right and centre, so I did feel sorry for them. I definitely wouldn't return, it's not the experience from a chain like this. Very disappointing.

Mixed feels about the stay.
Overall the stay was good and we have enjoyed our stays here. This time we travelled with my mother (82 yrs old) and she needs easy access to get around due to sever back and hips issues. I was surprised that the hotel was not able to accommodate a walk in shower, all the rooms were bathtub. As a result by mother was unable to shower during her stay. Yes, I didn't make it known of this requirement at the time of booking, but from talking to the staff they only have 4-5 rooms with walk in showers. The staff were very friendly and tried to support as much as they could, we really appreciate that. However, maybe the hotel needs to rethink the bathroom setup for the future, and replace the bathtubs with walkin showers.

Property was very nice but not worth the cost. There were limited transportation option, nothing close by to do and the evening we were there , there was a very large party with about 100 kids playing in the back patio and screaming right in front of our room which was on the ground floor so we couldn’t open our windows for fresh air. Somewhat disappointing for the price.

Negative points are bigger than positives.
Hotel grounds is great and breakfast was very good. Staff is nice too. Positive notes stopped here. Room with AC that stops 10 seconds after turned on. Room dusty, some cushions with stains and bathroom with toilet dirty. Room needs new carpets ASAP.

Did the job but didn’t sparkle
Super well kept gardens and smart frontage impressed on arrival. Reception and check in polite and efficient with smartly presented staff, but little sense of warmth or rapport. Room well appointed and spacious with opening windows (hooray) and very comfortable beds but bathroom a bit tired and a used towel still hanging on the door didn’t impress. A corporate hotel - did the job but wouldn’t rush back.

The rooms and staff were great. We arrived in the early morning and the staff got us into rooms early so we could get some sleep. Also, very helpful in finding a pharmacy.
