Customer service was really poor and not friendly at all. The shower in the room wasn't working properly (showering with cold water). Breakfast was poor just couple of choices. The swimming pool was really bad compare to the picture when we made the reservation (totally another story). For a 4 stars hotel really poor experience

Inside the property was great. The room was nice and up to date. I had dinner at the croft and the food was good. The pool was definitely older but in good condition. The outside is being worked on right bow but it was quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again.
