Girls trip!
Very pretty! Very clean! Very cute! Property as described. A bit bright in the morning with the large windows, but great stay overall! Would absolutely stay again!

This is right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The property manager was responsive. The room is advertised and in good shape. Nice option if you don't need a ton of space.

It’s a great place to stay in the heart of downtown Dubuque! We walked to almost everything we did in the area. Great restaurants and things to see. The apartment was perfect!

Great condo
Very nice, fully renovated condo. Everything was very clean and it was perfect for us. Could have had a second couple or family for the size. Stairs to get to floor 2 are steep (historical building!) So just be aware if you have anyone with mobility struggles. It was very warm during our visit- air works great! Walking distance to everything you could want to do. The neighborhood can be a little rough later at night so just stay alert when walking. Highly recommend this building for a fun stay in Dubuque!

This property is spectacular! It is all new and very clean. The check in and out process was very easy. Communicating with the property manager was super easy, she responded quickly. The thermostat was tricky to operate, but overall would highly recommend to others.

Great Place and Location
Great property and stay in a nice downtown area of Dubuque. Some things to be aware of stairs and parking. They weren’t issues for us, but some may be sensitive. The place is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are steep, but navigable and wide. Grandma may have difficulty. Parking isn’t really an issue, but it’s on street and make sure to read the signs carefully so you don’t get a ticket. Parking was easily available for us and there were no safety or security issues. Once there visit Dimensional Brewing or Wicked Dame…both great places within 200-feet of the front door. Overall, a great place and we would book there again without concern.

Who goes to Iowa for a vacation?!
Super clean, perfectly placed location in Downtown Debuqe. Steps away from cool bars, restaurants and shops on main Street. Grocery store literally across the street. Actually met the host Shelly and she couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend...
