Poor website description
The listing shows a picture of a full house as well as a title of "Park Point Getaway - Modern - New" in large letters. When we arrived it was a studio loft apartment without actual bedrooms, just 2 beds in the living room with a shower curtain separating the areas. I reread the small print on the listing and indeed the listing isn't technically wrong, it just grossly misrepresents what the property actually is. There shouldn't be a picture of an entire house if the actual rental is a studio loft, and somewhere in the bold large print headline the words "loft" and/or "studio" should appear.

Lovely place
Such a sweet and perfect place to stay while in town to celebrate our son's wedding! Handy to get to everywhere we needed to be and perfectly clean. Love the little touches; tiny ducks to find, chocolates, coffees, and teas in a bowl, etc.

This property was very clean, beds were very comfortable, towels were plentiful, furniture and decor was new and comfortable. There is no separate sleeping space except for a curtain that can be drawn between the 2 queen beds and bathroom and the living/dining/kitchen space. It worked for us very well and we plan to return.

Our visit to Duluth was enhanced with our choice of staying in this cute efficient unit. Near to all points of interest yet private and secure. A great benefit was the EV charger and a easy walk to the beach.

Clean and Comfortable
We wanted a place close to the lake and this is a short walking distance which is perfect. We also were not wanting to do a lot of running around, just wanted a quiet, clean and comfortable place to cook our own meals and hang out. It was perfect.
