Hotel is in a great spot, staff was very helpful and nice. Restaurant had great food, the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great options for those with some dietary restrictions.

Such a lovely place to be at. Great view, location is superb. It definitely added to my experience, visiting Edinburgh for the first time. I will go back again.

Good stay overall tarnished by the fact that the hotel weren't very helpful about recovering a blouse that my partner left in the room. Great location, good room but we were left feeling disappointed with the overall customer service. I've had better service and more personal care at this price point.

Great spot
The staff was friendly from guest services, to housekeeping, room service and the bar staff. My room was kept tidy daily and consistent each day. The hotel was centrally located to the historical, sites, restraints, pubs and tram. Definitely would come back.

A perfect location
Hotel was situated in the grassmarket area which was perfect for all the major tourist attractions in the old town, plus had great bus links to the city centre. The area has great bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Winter break.
Our daughters had booked two nights and we had booked an additional two nights, the receptionist found our two bookings and combined them so we would not need to change rooms mid stay. They were all very professional and friendly. The swimming pool and sauna were a bonus and always very quite every time we used them. Would definitely consider staying here again when revisiting Edinburgh.
