Breakfast was included but you had to pay extra for anything that wasn’t in the limited buffet (e.g omelette etc) . We couldn’t use the bar as it was full. We were told to come back later. There are probably good reasons for these unexpected disappointments. I just wasn’t aware of them when I booked this very expensive hotel.

Excellent location for exploring the city. Staff were friendly and efficient. The lobby areas and room were all well designed and stylish. Plenty of storage space even in a small chamber and the dressing table mirror was a great feature. Our only recommendations would be better coffee in the room and more bathroom accessories e.g. toothbrush holders, towel rail.
