Showed up to a dirty used room. Then got put into a ground floor room that was so cold you could almost see your breathe. Took along time heat up the room. There was dog food and bobby pins on the floor so it had not been vacuumed. The front desk called at 9:45 and at 10:30 to see if we wanted to extend our stay…. Didn’t ask for a wake up call! Check in took almost a half hour despite calling an hour ahead as we were going to be there at 11:30pm. Will not be staying there again.
