I picked this place at random because it was near where I was having meetings. Accessibility is its major plus. The staff at the front desk were awful. As an example, I had to call three times, over a nine our period to have them email a statement of expenses. I asked to have the room cleaned, and they didn't follow through. One of the elevators didn't work properly. The place is dark and dingy. There isn't a real lobby. Parking was good, however.

The bathroom was filthy, dirt in corners of countertop, sink won’t drain, hair on towels, bath faucet coming off the wall, carpet stained. The bed should have been changed 10 years ago. Pillow was super lumpy. Facing busy, noisy street. I will never stay there again. The lack of cleanliness was embarrassing and the mattress was simply unacceptable

Have been and could be better
We like the location and have stayed here twice before. The hotel is starting to get run down and in need of maintenance. One of the elevators did not work properly and it looks like the control panel may have been damaged. When we asked the front desk to ensure the room is clean - they did not follow up. The request was made at 1250hrs and housekeeping according to the front desk was concluded at 1400hrs. Our request was well within the parameters. Further the furniture in our room had stains. The room and some areas of the common areas also smelled like greasy food and smoke.

When we got to our room there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, elevator, and hall. We didn't smell it in the room otherwise we'd be gone! The bedspread had some bio material sprayed on the parts closest to the floor. We got out as soon as we could.

Good location, restaurant & lounge on site. Quiet, friendly front desk staff. Only issue was I was there for 4 nights & they only clean rooms on the 3 rd day, my room was not clean once during my stay. Food was average
