Last minute accommodation
Needed a last minute room due to the weather drove in without a reservation and was accommodated quickly and in my room with within a matter of minutes very grateful for these guys!!

Roaches, but relaxing
Walked in to having to kill a cockroach . Bathroom needs a complete remodel, counter delaminated and rotten. However , bed was amazingly soft and room was adequately dark enough to go right to sleep.

While they tried to accommodate I’d have expected more like a reduction in cost. Towels not bleached white, still looks dirty even if clean. Rooms didn’t look clean nor smell clean and the sheets and kitchen were dirty. The refrigerator was broken the blinds filthy and the sheets had hair and dirt stains. When told the clerk they complained to me that they have a hard time finding maids. Only have one cleaning lady and washed bedding is outsourced. Lots of cutting cost but room rates are not reflecting it.
