Got moved to 5 different rooms because they were either dirty or had broken toilets. My last room has a toilet that doesn’t flush and constantly runs but I got tired of moving my stuff from room to room. I was promised that maintenance would stop by on three separate occasions and it never happened. Today I am moving to a different place because the conditions here are horrible.

The sheets on the bed were stained and the bathroom tubs were also dirty. When we turned on the heater a nasty smell came out. If sheets are stained they should not be set out in rooms. I think this is the first time I have stayed at a La Quinta property where the stay was not pleasant. Also the gentleman at the front desk could do better by not using so many F bombs while checking a guest in. (Every other word was the f word very unprofessional)

Horrible place. Run down, bath faucet falls off, bath doesn't drain properly, there 5 days so far and never came to take trash or replenish tissue, toilet paper or coffee. Never answer phone when calling front desk.

The rooms smelled dew and floors were not cleaned. They have cockroaches. The breakfast was so unorganized and we had to basically ask for everything to get refilled.

Very bad experience. I had to request to be changed to a new room as it was extremely dirty, there was bed stains, mold in the bathroom, floors were disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.
