Woman desk agent outside smoking upon our arrival at desk; we had to wait for her to finish & join us at the desk in order to check in. Fist impression upon arrival was one of uneasiness regarding the safety & security around this property.

Although they say they have breakfast till 9:30 Maria chooses to stop cooking about 9:00 and does not want to make or bring anything else out. Very disappointing. Would love it if management could fix this problem.
