I’ve stayed here a few times normally to head to the casino. But this time was a half way point to my brothers in NY…. When the only card I had on me had a hold on it from a gas station they couldn’t charge my card Incase I trashed the place. I was in panic mode and the front desk staff was amazing and worked w me instead of stressing me out more. I will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was great except inside the hotel, the weather was awful all Friday and Saturday, and the property still wasn’t plowed as of Saturday evening, it made it pretty messy and dangerous in the parking lot.

I have stayed here before and will stay here again. Location, parking, staff, room, breakfast - all were terrific. Not so great: Satellite TV connection makes little sense in a snowbelt. Reception was awful. The thermostat controls were a big problem for me. The unit is located at belt height, but that is its best feature. No text on the unit, just tiny hieroglyphics. I had to guess how to use it (no property guidebook in room), and I guessed wrong. You would think that turning up the temperature would be a no-brainer, that it would be set at that temperature. No. For two nights in a row, I woke up freezing. The thing had allowed the temperature to dive back into the mid 60's! I'd bump it back up, and two hours later the same thing! And no extra blankets in hotels anymore. As much as I love the hotel overall (see above), if this happens again, I'm done.
