Checking in was a pain - done at a kiosk with a live operator somewhere else in the world. Strong accent, hard to understand, with a horribly slow computer. But our room was lovely and comfortable, with a good view.

It was good. Room fairly clean. They need to clean the door entry’s that people touch. White trim in the bathroom & room very dirty. Bed was comfortable & clean. Would stay again.

I like the ocean view. There is no elevator and the lady that checked us in was not very pleasant.I asked for a jetted tub room and she was like all the rooms have tubs except two and those are handicap which you guys are clearly not lol. My husband is a disabled veteran who was hurt in the line of duty and also had a stroke last year so yes he is handicap but thats okay we did the stairs. Then the room didnt have a jetted tub 🙄. The breakfast could use some work we ended up buying it from restaurants the entire weekend. We most likley wont stay at that hotel again.

If you like to surf, this is the best place to stay in Crescent City. You can walk to the waves without ever getting in your car.

Stay away!!!
The room smelled like animals. The beds sheets were all ripped very unwelcoming room, didn’t feel comfortable. I ended up leaving early I didn’t even spend the night.
