I feel the place where you check in is awesome and up to date but the rooms definitely need updating. They were fairly clean but because they badly need updating it was hard to tell at times. Staff was excellent. And the grounds were kept up nicely. Just need to update the rooms.

Worst Check-in EVER
Worst customer service from a hotel that I have ever experienced. The hotel had not updated their records to reflect a change of reservation date and went on about "needing to be paid for the room" even thou I had already paid hotels.com online. It was incredibly unprofessional and they would blame the face that hotels.com is a "third party" at the drop of a hat. Took several phone calls & a virtual chat to correct and they still blamed hotels.com instead of taking ANY sort of accountability in the situation. The room was fine when we finally got access to it. Very squeaky mattress but standard hotel room fare. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth for ever trying Best Westerns again if this is how their staff acts.
