Stayed there for my birthday celebration and enjoyed every second of this resort. Staff was friendly, food options were pretty good, and room was exactly how it appeared online.

Overall I had really good time. It was worth the money. The only two downfalls where the sports bar service to get food is extremely slow and the booking restaurants. Its hard to do when making them for a group because every individual room as to make their own.

We booked by expedia but they didn't provide transportation from and to airport like they offer. Lady from transportation company said she call our room and nobody answered, we are not sitting in room during the day on vacation. Very uncomfortable situation.

The property ia beautiful and clean. The entertainment staff did a wonderful job with shows which we enjoyed immensley. Foodxwas excellent, and the staff ensured that we were always satisfied. Wide variety of food at every meal.. overall great vacation.

I enjoy my 3 nights at the Rui Aquarelle. Upon arrival we were greeted with drinks prior to checking in. Trudy-Ann checked us in. She was very friendly and fast with checking us in. There was variety of food choices at the buffet daily. In addition they were 4 other restaurants that you can make reservation for once you check in. We reserved the Asian restaurant, food was delicious there. Friday pool party was a vibes. Nightly entertainment is A , every night there was something different. Bartenders were available for services while watching the entertainments. Brittany M was our server. She was bubbly and friendly. Overall all the bartenders were friendly in my opinion. The only con I have is the shuttle service that was on my Expedia reservation. Stating that there would be free return shuttle, that is FALSE. I called Expedia and after being on the phone for sometime, placing me on hold, saying that they’re calling the resort to resolve the issue. It turns out Expedia and Rui don’t have a valid contract for shuttle services. This was very disappointed for us, so we had to book transportation service both ways with a private company for $70 each way. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this resort.

The property needs to do a better job controlling the mosquitoes and insects on the property. Food was very inconsistent, sometimes very bland and other times very heavily seasoned
