The Family Suite offers the ideal accommodation for a family mountain retreat. With the open loft concept mom and dad keep an eye on the kids while having their own privacy. The main floor allows the children to play in a spacious area with 2 double beds, TV, mini fridge and microwave. Mom and Dad can relax in the upper level loft with their own private TV and king size bed. The hotel itself was okay. But I had to phone the contact number well within a week of our booking to just get an address! There was no communication before that. It’s the first time Ive used VRBO and I can’t say I would use it again.

Front desk staff were great. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were great after our days snowboarding. Tandoor restaurant was great as well. Only area to improve was the room cleaning. Bed was made but some dirty cups not cleaned. Overall will stay there again.

The hotel is a bit run down and not all amenities are up and running. The hot tub and sauna were under repair, the pool was chilly and the games area was not welcoming. The rooms and hotel were clean and the staff were amazing. The food at the restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The proximity to the Fernie ski hill was such a bonus with a less than 10-minute drive.
