Poor Communication
Check in was confusing. No one told us we had to go into condo to get key in order to get into garage. The first morning we found out pool was closed for a week. Despite a notice dated prior to our stay, nobody notified us. Then on our first morning, multiple trucks parked across the street and our beach access was roped off and we only then found out the beach was under renovation and the beach access was more difficult to manage with my younger family. The management should of had the courtesy to at least make us aware of this. There was alot of equipment and very early morning noise ( before 7)Then mid week, the building was undergoing some type of repair obviously requiring significant drilling making it difficult to relax in the condo and disruptive to activities.
There was not a sun umbrella as promised and the beach chairs were behind the window treatments where nobody would have ever looked.Our first 3 requests to inform us where they were not returned. Only on the 3 rd day of our stay did someone return our texts.
Overall a very poor experience with this company.
We would have appreciated notice of pool closing and beach renovation so we could made an informed decision of whether this was the proper place for us.
