What a scam! The room was on the second floor and there is no elevator and no bell hop. My wife and I are in our 70’s so we were unable to carry our bags up the steep wooden staircase. I did walk up to check the room and it had a musty odor. There were more steps inside the room to get to the bathroom. None of these facts were disclosed on Expedia. We left immediately without checking in. The desk clerk said the manager would call us but she never did. I would like a full refund in light of the gross omissions of fact regarding the property

Everything here was perfect. Room was immaculate and well-designed. Location is and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. My family and I will definitely stay there again.
