Good budget airport hotel, close to the tram to get to old Florence. Really nice park around the University just across from it. Nice and clean and good pressure in the shower Grocery store and a few restaurants close.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. This hotel is a short walking distance to the Tram that takes you right to the city center which is where all the action is.
