This place was barely ok for sleeping and certainly not worth what they charge.
The good: The desk clerk was friendly. She made sure we saw the notice about all the items the hotel was out of "due to a shortage in our supply chain". The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean.
The bad: Being outdated is one thing but not having soap, seriously? Go to Walmart and buy some if you have a supply chain shortage. The clerk said she could give a small discount since so many items weren't available, but she didn't. No hairdryer or tissue (fortunately there was a new roll of TP). Towels were terribly stained, only 1 washcloth, no hand towels. The floor wasn't vacuumed and a cigarette (unused thankfully) was on the windowsill. The room smelled like stale smoke (not intolerable but noticeable) and had to keep the fan on to cover traffic noise. The place is obviously in dire need of repairs and an update, and maybe a manager who can remember to order supplies or have a backup plan. They should only be charging half what they are given the property condition. We had two rooms, each on a different floor and they were both in similar state of disrepair and lack of cleanliness.
