Side note. Due to the rise in local utilities costs, we have had to create fees to counter the recent increase. In order to maintain an affordable experience per night for our guests. We are saddened by this. As our goal was always to provide a relaxing get away for anyone looking for a getaway retreat or an adventure.

We are in between Lake Havasu, Laughlin and Lake Mohave's Katherine Landing. Nestled along the Colorado river. Only 25 minute drive from Oatman.

Minutes away from the boat launches, grocery stores, Rotary Park and Avi Casino

The driveway may accommodate up to a 28 foot watercraft or RV.

Wonderful trip

Family Bonded Time
The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. Chad is a most accommodating host! We chose this place as it was in a great spot for the family to have fun and centrally located to the river, Movies at the Avi and grocery shopping. My family and I had a wonderful time, and this spot will be a go to in the area.

Highly Recommend
This place is great. I can’t say enough good about it and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable place to be able to relax at after some time on the river. This home has a very homey feel to it, as if you got to go stay at the home of a welcoming relative. It is very nice and clean inside with a super clean pool that is enjoyable to have some fun in. Chad was very nice to work with and he answered any questions I had and made my vacation very stress free.
