Construction materials and containers all over the property and the front desk told us checkout was 11 but info in the room and a text received said 12. Get your info right and stop confusing guests.

When we went to assigned room we discovered toilet literally full if crap and assumed needed flushed. But water rose and would not go down. Called desk. Gave us another room. Had to gather up our stuff and lug to another room. That toilet had stains but we accepted. I had also asked the desk clerk about breakfast hours and was told 6 - 10. Arrived to eat at 6:45 and was told ‘sorry’. Piked my head into breakfast area and courteous staff lady allowed us to get some food which was still out.

This hotel made me feel welcome and took extra measures to make my business trip easier and comfortable. They called me en route from airport to see if I was still checking in that day- awesome! The parking lot had plenty of parking and it was brightly lit. The front desk was quick to respond to any questions and checking in. The fitness center and the breakfast room were very clean. There was plenty of hot food and coffee at breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modernized. It was within 10 minutes of Stockyards and within 10 minutes of the convention center. So convenient.

Came in for a work conference. The staff at this hotel was amazing. They went above and beyond. From the front desk to housekeeping! Free breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. Would stay here again.
