It was a very nice stay the service was great and the employees were really kind I did enjoy the stay. The restaurant was amazing the food was delicious.

Nice food and beverage options. Overall clean rooms. Not so good as my location was facing L street and was above noisy aircondition units outside and a bright spot light facing directly into my room. Property should be made aware.

If you are a light sleeper this may not be the hotel for you. All rooms have doors out to the lobby and if music is playing you can hear it. Didn't get our cookies at check in because they didn't have any and they never brought them like they said they would. We went late in evening to ask for them and the night desk clerk was rude saying we needed to get them at check in. He ended up giving us the cookies. The day desk clerks were really nice.

We attended a concert in the venue directly behind's the Doubletree’s property. The convenience was priceless. We had dinner and drinks prior to our event. The drinks were good and our meal was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely make the Doubletree a place to stay when we come to Fresno.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish there were a few electric kettles for us tea drinkers that the hotel can loan out to rooms. Some hotels do this and it is a thoughtful service as many people around the world drink tea not coffee...
