Though we arrived late in the evening at about 11pm, we came to find out then the elevator was out and the only accessible we requested was on the 3rd floor. I have spoken on two different occasions earlier in the day to hotel staff and NO ONE stated their elevator was out. My husband was having total knee replacement surgery the next morning. I was not going to ask him to walk 3 flights of stairs. It was a really crappy way to find out we had to find a new room at 11pm at night. Thankfully Wyndam did find us a room for the night. This hotel...a zero for communication.

The elevator was broken, and my husband, who is disabled, had to walk up two flights of stairs. We asked to have rooms close to our family, and even though they said could happen, we were located far apart and different floors.

Elevators not working in a hotel that has 3 floors and even the lobby is up a flight of stairs. I reserved a handicap accessible room and that was on the 2nd floor with no elevator available. I’d say that’s falling short on great. But the room itself is great quality and amenities. I travel a lot for work…it can be a hit or miss sometimes. Hope they fix the elevator soon.
