The host was awesome! It was late at night when we checked in and he offered us a beer from the bar that had closed 30 minutes earlier. Very friendly and I highly recommend it!

Great hotel .
We stayed in Best Western hotel in January 2024 for two nights. Excellent hotel, great location, spotless clean , great breakfast, very freindly staff. The lady at the reception Lea is super helpful and very pleasant. Highly recommend the hotel and we are definitely coming back 😀

Newer hotel with good facilities
There's a lot to like. It's a newer hotel with larger rooms for the price than many hotels in Germany, working a/c, usb ports in the room and a friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. The breakfast is good and my room had a kettle. One thing I didn't like was that the a/c gets switched off in mid-October "because it is winter" as the front desk put it (although it was still warm outside during the day). Also, the hot water was slow to come through and the water pressure was low. The in-room safe is too small for a laptop. Although it's an easy walk from railway station, guests should note that google is wrong to show the hotel on the west side of the road.

Great Place!
This is a very nice hotel that is an easy 7-minute walk from the train station; no taxi needed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially about getting same-day tickets to the castles. I followed their advice and was able to get what I needed. They have a restaurant on site and they serve, for an extra cost, a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are well-appointed and the beds are super comfortable.

Close to train station and the town centre. Staff were super friendly and rooms were spotless and well maintained. Breakfast is well worth the 11 euro price! Overall an excellent stay!
