room was dirty we had to borrow a mop to clean it at 10 oclock at night. we had to clean the back board of the bed because it was dirty.the sheets were all ript.the soap was really bead. the key card whent bad would not open the door. toilet paper holder was broken and the fauset in the tub was was coming apart. travolocity should have people check this hotels. thats 2 bad quintas that i been to that were bad.

This is always a clean place to stay. There’s just an issue that I spoke to the staff about. This time the pool wasn’t cleaned out. There was leaves and stuff in it so I didn’t get in.

The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. The room was exceedingly moist inside. Everything was damp... No soap in the shower. The pool was not clean of debris. The bright side was a good location and the staff was accommodating and courteous

Housekeeping didn’t come like they said. We had to be the ones to give the staff our dirty linen/towels and ask for new ones. There were no extra trash liners so we had to ask for extra as well. The bathroom drain was broken and the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t the best.

Right down the street from shands.... perfect nights stay if you have an appt the next day or a LO in the hospital.... clean room hot shower and breakfast

It was amazing, the room was clean, the microwave and fridge works nice, the place was quiet even though it is located in a central place. Near to the University. We loved to stay here! Definitely we will come back.

Met our needs for one night.
Bed was comfortable. AC was cold but the unit sounded like it needs attention. Noisy at night outside of a normal fan sound. Room 125. Dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door from previous guests. Could use some better cleaning. We needed a place to stay while visiting family at the hospital nearby.

Not very clean & holes in the blanket.
The floor was filthy. I accidentally spilt my water on the floor and when I cleaned it up the white hand towel was black! As I was cleaning the water spill I also noticed the baseboard was filthy. One of the blankets on the bed had a huge hole in it too.

The room was disgusting. I had to buy my own cleaning products to just attempt to tidy up the room i could not even sleep on the sheets provided as there were questionable stains and even mold growing on my pillow (that was attempted to be covered by a pillow case). I went to Target to sleep on my own full sized comforter. The room STUNK. The smell was overwhelming. The floors were sticky and even had a bunch of dirt and grime under the big chair in the room. The drains in both the sink and bathtub was broken and rust stains were dripping from the bars Im so thankful I didnt have to spend much time in the room.

This was a last minute booking and im so glad we chose this hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the pool area was a nice area to relax around. Definitely going to book again if i come back to Florida
