Overall a great place to stay. Great beds! Hotel looks to need some renovating. Few places that the ceiling was messed up in and you could tell they painted over spots with a different color paint. Rooms were clean. Safe parking. Would prefer some additional hot foods for breakfast, but it was good. Front desk clerk had previously been dealing with a rude customer but when she checked us in, she was very polite and professional. Will definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the cruise terminal. Could do without the $10 parking, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Very easy to walk the seawall/beach and close to some restaurants and fast food places.

Arrived and was told our room was dirty and not able to occupy. Then was told they did not have any availability. They ended up letting us stay in a dirty room with soaking wet floors. The worst experience ever!
