The beach front property has great dining options around and within walking range of the pleasure pier but on the other hand is poorly maintained and they ask for a 100 deposit in case you smoke inside the room . Wish this was disclosed before I booked the room .

After all the money I had paid to stay there for several months, the property always had cigarettes all over the grounds, trash was everywhere and never cleaned up. The staff was ok up until I was trying to get everything out of the room. The lady from the front desk was rude and even called the police on me! I told her that by the time they arrive here, I will have everything out of the room and be gone from here. The next thing was what I had been told about the prices for the room. Back in the middle of February I was told that they won’t be having any weekly rates anymore not to mention that I was told that the room would cost me a ridiculous amount of money such as $300 per night! That was so not true because Expedia stated that the cost would be $74 per night! I always go by what I have shown and not told! Expedia is the best but when it comes to the pricing, run away from here! If you are going to pay $300 per NIGHT, then stay at the San Luis Resort! It is far better and the staff is really nice and great to talk to.
