Parking is a rip off
Nice property but beware of the parking. The hotel charges per night for parking. It’s surrounded by restaurants and other hotels so they take up all the parking spots. I had to park 1/4 mile away. Complained to a he front desk and was talked to rudely by the supervisor. They need security to control their parking or just stop charging for it, it’s a rip off.

The hotel itself is nice. We have stayed there a couple of times. HOWEVER, this last time we were there we struggled to gind parking. We paid for the nights we stayed and everytime we went back to the hotel the parking lot was full. We went around for almost an hour looking and no luck. We ended up parking on the streets and asked for a refund. It was a horrible inconvenience because we were paying for parking and yet the parking spaces were given for free to an event going on. Unfortunately, we are deciding not to book with this hotel anymore. They had alot of hotel guests very upset, including us.

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the span of 3 years, and the property has remained the same, in terms of cleanliness, aesthetic, and customer service, which I love! By far one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I go to Disney. I also really appreciate the convenience of having the ART bus right outside the hotel, because who wants to be walking any more than you need to after a long day at Disney!

The hotel is average, could have been more clean and the bed could have used a bigger blanket as I found myself cold at night. The hotel had an event Saturday night with at least 200+ people and there was absolutely no parking in any 3 lots available (yet I was required to pay $25 a night parking, for no parking! The hotel manager was not sympathetic to this as I was circling the lots at 1045 at night trying to find parking with my sleeping child in the car for an hour, then had to park extremely far with less than inadequate lighting for a single mother and her small child to be parking and walking in late at night. The entire weekend parking was an issue, I was finally told they share lots with the neighboring Marriott, and offered a refund for parking that I have yet to receive. Won’t stay here again.

Fantastic stay!
Overall, the day was fantastic! My only not even complaint would be the pillows were very soft, so you had to have four to make it feel like one. Other than that service was great, room was very clean, and we felt very safe.
