It was a great place to relax and wind down from Disneyland. Lots of families with young children stayed here (including out own) and could not hear them thru the walls.

It was disgusting we had a roach in the room and it smelled terrible room as soon as we checked in l the room went to front desk they moved our room to the 3rd floor room was so dusty. Elevator the only one they have the doors dnt close the employees shake the door to close when they were on their at least fix your elevator so people feel safe and not nervous and wait 5 mins or longer for the doors to close or open I will never ever recommend this place the prices are just as much as other hotels around this place is disgusting

Looks can be deceiving!
Very disappointing when we got to the hotel nothing like the pictures on the website. Bathroom dirty, they won'tclean your room or bring you clean towels unless you ask. We got there and no one to be seen at the reception until like 15 minutes later.

Check in was easy, they have a good selection of snacks and drinks to buy in the lobby. Loved that part, also, I ended up booking another night and all they had me do was go downstairs and settle a new deposit. But I didn’t have to move rooms nor was I woken up to leave early. I will be staying there again.
