The rooms are not cleaned daily like they’re supposed to do. When you spend this much on a long vacation day, they could at least sweep and mop it daily. The toilet paper was the cheapest you could buy, so terrible quality. We never saw the staff after we checked in.

The hotel is a little older but it was a lot better than I expected for the price. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was walkable to restaurants and activities so we didn’t have to pay extra for parking to go to activities. The parking garage is extremely tight. Only compact and midsize cars could park in there. I drive a Traverse and had to park in the open parking area. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. A very pleasant experience. We even had a balcony. Not much of a view right outside but it u look up u can see the mountains and a beautiful sunset.

Needed at least one more chair . TV was difficult to use and channels limited. Had to cross a street to get ice or go to the front desk. Very good room rate but property could use some updates.

No one at the front desk!
When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in and several others had been waiting for a long time! We went to dinner then came back and were able to get into our room. The room itself was fine though the bathroom was tiny! The “breakfast” was just grab and go foods.
