I like that the property is close to the Smokey mountains so I can hike during the day; as well as a walking distance to restaurants,etc. The hotel itself has a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere which I liked, I very easily fell asleep to the sounds of the river, beautiful.

It was newly renovated. Everything was nice and clean. And I loved that it had a fireplace because when I was just there it was cold and snowing and the fireplaces added detail to the room as well as an extra means of heat. I also loved the fact it had an balcony

I actually booked the wrong hotel so was very disappointed initially. I was given the opportunity to change but glad I didn't. The Breakfast was Excellent and to get out of the Parking lot to go to Pigeon Forge was the perfect place. It was 1/2 mile walk to town but wasnt bad at all. The Trolley stop was right in front but i never seen anyone use it.
